Welcome to two full days of training with Joy and Vaughn. They will make training fun and easy for you and your dogs. They have 37 years of showing dogs in both conformation and obedience. Their success is well proven with over 100 All Breed and Specialty Best in Shows on their Standard and Toy Manchesters and Vizslas, with High in Trial on both breeds. Vaughn is a CKC licensed obedience judge. They both train classes all year around and coach their many students at dog shows. All of their workshops are tailored to your needs. From first time beginner to very advanced handler campaigning a Specials/HIT dog. Every workshop is different and kept interesting with new training games.

Pat is well respected in dog-world as an educator, author and AKC judge.  Myra Savant Harris - PUPPY INTENSIVE CARE & CANINE REPRODUCTION AND WHELPING

Puppy Intensive Care - teaches dog breeders what techniques that are available in order to set up a Puppy Intensive Care Unit and deliver the support that their sick puppies need. The seminar teaches how to tube feed, utilize sub cutaneous hydration methods and deliver oxygen to pups who would otherwise die. You can learn how to do the things you need to do to keep your puppy losses to a minimum. There is a book that comes with an instructional DVD as well that demonstrates the hands-on skills that every dog breeder needs.

Canine Reproduction and Whelping: Down to the basics of breeding, explaining the characteristics of the sperm and the egg, the role that diet plays in whelping, and how to whelp your puppies. This is intended to assist you in making sure your bitches get in whelp, stay in whelp and deliver healthy puppies. A clean, bloodless technique for the removal of dew claws is also taught to the layman dog breeder.

Myra Savant-Harris is a Registered Nurse with many years experience working labor/delivery and neonatal ICU. Her two books, "Puppy Intensive Care" and "Canine Reproduction and Whelping" translate many of the things she learned in her career into puppy and canine repro terms.
